Mobile Sales Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting OPPO's innovative smartphone products to retailers and end-users, identifying sales opportunities, and building relationships with potential customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve shared objectives.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to inform business decisions
- Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers
- Build relationships with potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales
- Promote the features and advantages of our products to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to achieve shared objectives
- Design and implement sales promotions to boost sales volume and meet personal and company targets
- Sell OPPO products and services to prospective customers while maintaining a professional brand image
- Assist dealers in managing inventory levels and monitoring order progress
- E nsure adequate stock availability for sales and demonstrations
- Handle returns of defective or expired stock at each outlet
- Aid in setting up and remodeling new and existing outlets
- Support visual merchandisers in installing promotional materials and displays
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures at all times and report any concerns to superiors
- Coordinate the dispatch of OPPO products to the Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement
- Communicate effectively with dealers regarding new or existing programs
- Nurture strong relationships with dealers by promptly addressing inquiries and complaints
- Create training content for all OPPO products, including smartphones and wearables
- Develop and localize training materials according to company strategies
- Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date
- Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs for sales representatives
- Regularly visit shops during peak periods to assess the impact of these visits on sales performance
- Identify stores with low sales performance or potential for growth to conduct targeted training
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through sales performance metrics
- Manage sales performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues of sales representatives
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be passionate about phone technology, and stay up-to-date with current market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates should be willing to work six days a week.
