- Market Intelligence: Ensure our organization's leadership maintains a constant awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments, and standards.
- Profitability: Be responsible for ensuring that the business operates at a profit and meets its goals.
- Organizational Structure: Able to know how best to approach new opportunities, including delegating tasks or directing agendas to drive profitability by managing organizational structure.
- Executive Evaluation: Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents. Ensure that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
- Risk Management: Assess risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify key internal/external stakeholders necessary for business completion and develop overall strategy for execution of high-value projects/programs.
- Project Management: Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.
- Client Partnerships: Partner with clients across the communications industry to deliver innovative and transformative programs, focusing on Consumer and Enterprise Revenue Growth, Network Expansion, Cost Transformation, and applied Digital and/or Cloud technologies including 5G and Edge services.
- Business Outcomes: Create business outcomes for large Communications Providers, with an innate ability to transform complex concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials, and the ability to build scalable mechanisms for managing our work.
