  12. Performance Reporting: Be answerable to the GCOO on overall company performance and development, referring to respective KPIs of each Head of Department (HOD).
  13. Fiscal Management: Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  14. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  15. Market Intelligence: Ensure our organization's leadership maintains a constant awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments, and standards.
  16. Profitability: Be responsible for ensuring that the business operates at a profit and meets its goals.
  17. Organizational Structure: Able to know how best to approach new opportunities, including delegating tasks or directing agendas to drive profitability by managing organizational structure.
  18. Executive Evaluation: Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents. Ensure that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
  19. Risk Management: Assess risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized.
  20. Stakeholder Management: Identify key internal/external stakeholders necessary for business completion and develop overall strategy for execution of high-value projects/programs.
  21. Project Management: Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.

Client Partnerships: Partner with clients across the communications industry to deliver innovative and transformative programs, focusing on Consumer and Enterprise Revenue Growth, Network Expansion, Cost Transformation, and applied Digital and/or Cloud technologies including 5G and Edge services.
  23. Business Outcomes: Create business outcomes for large Communications Providers, with an innate ability to transform complex concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials, and the ability to build scalable mechanisms for managing our work.
  24. Additional Responsibilities: Any other duties and tasks assigned by his/her superior.
