Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in operations or a related field.

About the Role

This Full-time Operations Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating various tasks across departments, ensuring workflows are aligned and deadlines are met. The successful candidate will also be involved in handling client inquiries, resolving payment issues, and monitoring PSP activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Client Requests and Complaints: Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints, conducting timely investigations and delivering solutions.
  • PSP Activity Oversight: Manage and monitor PSP activities, ensuring updates are made, and resolving deposit/withdrawal issues promptly.
  • Risk Monitoring: Analyze activities to identify potential risks, ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
Requirements
  • Fluent or native Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Upper-intermediate English verbal and written
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
