About the Role
Douxy Enterprise is a growing company in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients.
Job Scope- Administrative Assistance: Prepare reports, manage customer data, and handle paperwork.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries, process orders, and follow up with clients.
- Sales Enablement: Help with lead generation, scheduling, and tracking sales.
- Market Intelligence: Update sales materials and research market trends.
- General Support: Assist with admin tasks, team coordination, and special projects.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- At least SPM certification
- 1 year working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage)
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (Candidates who can speak Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly and engaging personality
