About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Strategy Manager to join our team as a Head of Product Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- To work closely with distributors to manage dealers' portfolios and provide system support.
- To provide trade marketing support, including event management and signage deployment.
- To identify new opportunities to expand UM touch points and pyramids.
- To deepen dealer loyalty through targeted activations.
- To ensure proper training and knowledge transfer on product, system, and sales skills.
- To stay vigilant about market movements and competitor activity.
- To drive and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
