Responsibilities
  1. Sales strategy development for separation, filtration, and gas treatment equipment
  2. Sales team management and mentoring
  3. Market analysis and positioning of competitive solutions
  4. New business generation and cross-selling of existing customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in capital equipment sales (separation, filtration, gas treatment) into Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Refineries, Petrochemical & general industry
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales teams or rep agencies
  • Strong technical background in fluid dynamics, filtration, and purification
  • Proven track record in closing high-value, technical sales deals
  • Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven
