About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Refine Group. As a key member of our Data Management Platform, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into technical specifications for medium-to-large size projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers' business problems are solved in a coherent and scalable manner.

Key responsibilities will include defining, analyzing, and evaluating detailed functional requirements for projects, converting those requirements into well-structured user stories, and refining them into clear Logical and Physical Data Models. You will also propose solutions to technical and/or business problems, prepare and conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives, and understand technological trends in your area of responsibility.

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving individual with strong communication skills who can effectively interface with both business and technical teams. If you have a proven track record of gathering requirements from business stakeholders and comprehending intricate business processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define, analyze, and evaluate detailed functional requirements for projects.
  2. Convert requirements into well-structured user stories and refine them into clear Logical and Physical Data Models.
  3. Propose solutions to technical and/or business problems.
  4. Prepare and conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
  5. Understand technological trends in your area of responsibility.
  6. Assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
  7. Design and conduct training sessions on systems solutions.
