Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to develop leadership development programs that meet business objectives. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement strategies.
  • Expertly design and deliver learning programs that foster personal effectiveness, communication, and leadership skills. Utilize a combination of in-person and virtual delivery methods.
  • Manage the global business services learning roadmap for Kuala Lumpur, working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive success.
  • Advise on functional skills training, focusing on areas such as continuous improvement, data analytics, and internal controls.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Regional HRBPs and key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and establish priorities for learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless management of e-learning content and reporting.
  • Successfully manage external vendor relationships, including invoicing and expenses for learning and development programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in assessment tools, providing expert advice to HR Business Partners and Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with at least 3 years focused on Learning and Development.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions, both in person and virtually. Experience delivering training to leaders and individual contributors preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required, with experience using Workday Learning an asset.
