About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide general legal support and guidance to our subsidiaries in Malaysia and other businesses in South Asia and Pacific Area.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the day-to-day legal point of contact for business stakeholders, driving continued performance and growth. You will also provide legal support for daily matters, as well as strategic and tactical projects and initiatives on various issues.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts. You will manage disputes with external lawyers and investigations, both internal and external, where relevant to the Legal function.

You will also coordinate operations and digital establishment matters in the APAC Legal team. Supervising and mentoring juniors, while overseeing their professional development, is another critical aspect of this role.
