Job Overview:
As a Regional Business Development Manager at Hi-Force Hydraulics Asia Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for generating and handling sales enquiries for our products and services within designated areas in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Your key objective will be to identify and develop potential clients while maintaining existing relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales technical advice or support. Liaise with Internal Sales Executives for quotation preparation, negotiate pricing and terms & conditions, and increase sales revenue. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing regular, timely, accurate reports and achieving targeted KPIs. Represent and promote the Hi-Force brand at exhibitions and product shows, actively promoting new products and services to the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mid-senior level professionals with experience in sales, business development, and customer service. Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas, Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution, and Engineering Services industries. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
