Your Role

You will be responsible for managing strong business relationships with existing and potential top merchants to drive growth for GrabMart.

This includes leading all elements of account management, such as business identification, business development strategy, partner negotiation, day-to-day account management, and execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquire and drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries, GMV, and revenue.
  2. Manage end-to-end deal management, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of partnerships.
  3. Dig into prospects' pain points and validate issues with key partners.
  4. Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  5. Work across functions to tailor merchant-specific needs.
  6. Drive operational excellence by collaborating with merchants and operations teams.
