We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting department and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the monthly financial closing, ensuring all books are closed by the 4th day of the subsequent month. Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports or statements as needed.
  • Billing and Claims: Prepare monthly billing/claims, identify variances between collection and billing/claims, and liaise with respective departments on resolutions.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Check, verify, and reconcile all accounting transactions, including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and journals.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, review payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Audit Liaison: Liaise with auditors on auditing-related issues.
  • Annual Budget Preparation: Coordinate with Business Units for the annual budget preparation or the update of financial forecasts.
Requirements
  • Possess a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other equivalent studies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Working Arrangements
  • Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday.
