Compensation and Benefits Management

The Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to various lines of business in reviewing, designing, and implementing rewards-related solutions that align with the bank's overall rewards philosophy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that supports the bank's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to communicate compensation and benefits information and address their queries.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret staff data trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  5. Performance Management: Administer the annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Preferably with a Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Consulting Experience: Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and comfortable with numbers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
