Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our Hiredly X team. This role involves driving sales from within the company by connecting with potential clients, managing leads, and helping grow revenue in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Lead Generation: Generate new leads through targeted emails, social selling initiatives, and outbound calls to expand our customer base.
- Rapid Relationship Building: Qualify prospects and develop strong relationships to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads and customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for field sales representatives to facilitate effective sales processes.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Update and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure seamless lead progression and timely follow-ups.
- Closing Transactions: Close smaller transactions independently while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform and support sales and marketing strategies.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the team's success.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administrative or operation management capacities, with fresh graduates welcome.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools and structured sales processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
