About Our Team

We're looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing facilities management operations in Malaysia and China, as well as providing support for India, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and advanced-level project coordination to meet organizational and business unit needs.
  • Be the departmental subject matter expert in setting up facilities governance and operations models.
  • Guide effective facilities provider management and support building capability in other team members.
  • Support FM operations activities for India, Taiwan, and South Korea facilities portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with senior site leaders and business teams.
  • Drive accountability for cost-effective and consistent quality facility services documented through service level agreements.
  • Deliver safe operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About You

You have a strong background in facilities management, project coordination, and leadership. Your expertise includes financial and asset management, communication, process technology, lean activities, performance measurement, vendor administration, customer support, personnel administration, general administration, and other special projects.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

  • A master's degree in a business-related field or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, with multiple countries/sub-region/region management experience preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP and Coupa software expertise strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with facilities work, maintenance, logistics, and repair is desired.
  • Prior experience in project management and working with Kimberly-Clark is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with Kluang or PJ office location preference.
