Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our corporate travel sales efforts at Holiday Tours & Travel Malaysia. As a Sales Director - Corporate Clients, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new corporate travel clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new corporate travel customers, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales activities and client acquisition strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of sales managers and representatives, focusing on client acquisition goals and inspiring high performance.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new client acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
- Proven track record in building and growing a B2B sales pipeline and leading a sales team.
