We're looking for a Service Delivery Executive who can provide top-notch customer care at Revenue Group Bhd. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in communication, proficient in multiple languages, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Tackle customer queries via phone calls, emails, social media, and other channels;
  • Partner with colleagues and supervisors to hit performance targets;
  • Raise unresolved concerns or complaints to the appropriate parties;
  • Lend support to short-term tasks and projects assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
  • SPM certification plus working experience or a diploma without any prior work history;
  • Background in customer service or sales support would be advantageous;
  • Bilingualism in English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as written and spoken proficiency;
  • Mandarin language abilities would be a plus but are not mandatory;
  • Google Suite/MS Office skills are a must;
  • A customer-centric mindset is a prerequisite.
