Healthcare Territory Manager

Pfizer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Territory Manager to join our team in Malaysia - Klang Valley. As a Healthcare Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
About the Role
This position reports to the Health Representative Manager and requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives and developing strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth. Additionally, you will establish good rapport with decision-makers at all levels and service and maintain existing business contracts, quotations, tenders, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a designated territory to promote Pfizer's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive penetration and growth
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
* Service and maintain existing business contracts, quotations, tenders, and relationship management
* Proactively seek new business opportunities
* Collect market data and provide insights to inform business decisions
* Travel regularly to meet with customers and partners
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
