As the Senior Manager, Pre-Sales & Services, APJ, you'll lead our regional team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success across Asia Pacific. With your technical expertise and leadership skills, you'll be responsible for developing trusted relationships with customers, identifying their challenges, and connecting them with tailored solutions from our Planet Insights Platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Mentor and manage a team of Pre-Sales Solution Engineers, Professional Services Solutions Architects, and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and authorized channel partners to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations to ensure successful engagement and delivery.
  • Apply technical expertise in remote sensing and geospatial technologies to identify opportunities and develop customized solutions for customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Deep technical expertise in remote sensing and geospatial technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical sales or consulting role, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Engineering, or a comparable combination of technical education and relevant work experience.
