Senior Executive / Executive, Financial Operations

As a key member of TIME's group, the Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and maintain effective internal controls to prevent errors and irregularities.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, and participate in strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
