Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Mobility Planning: Ensure that mobility practices align with company goals and objectives, and drive successful execution.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Immigration and Assignment Management: Oversee day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and monitor key data on relocation, tax, and immigration areas, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Branch Managers.
  6. Policy Development and Communication: Develop and communicate policies and procedures related to immigration, tax, and employment regulations.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports and analysis on mobility-related data and trends.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in global mobility, with a focus on relocations, assignments, and immigration.
  3. Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work at both operational and strategic levels, and experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects.
  4. Knowledge: Proficient in mobility developments in the marketspace and the future of work.
