As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with New Car Dealers (NCD) across Johor to acquire their trade-in vehicles and bring them into the CARSOME ecosystem.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for strategic outreach to identify and contact NCDs in Batu Pahat, Skudai, and Johor Jaya to introduce CARSOME's value proposition for used car disposal.
  • You will cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with Sales Advisors and key personnel within these dealerships.
  • You will travel regularly to dealership locations to engage with Sales Advisors, assess trade-in vehicles, negotiate favorable purchase deals, and ensure a smooth handover to CARSOME.
  • You will achieve and exceed assigned targets for the number of cars acquired from dealerships.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • You should have a minimum High School/SPM qualification. Higher secondary education (STPM, A-Level), Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is a plus.
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry. However, we also encourage fresh graduates with a strong drive and passion for sales to apply.
  • You should have a strong network and existing connections with Sales Advisors or other personnel within new car dealerships across Johor (Batu Pahat, Skudai, Johor Jaya). Experience as a Sales Advisor in a car dealership is highly advantageous.
