We are seeking an Associate Marketing professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our marketing functions, collaborate with product managers on Veeva submissions, and assist with event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of C3 processes, including documentation and contract preparation.
  • Assist product managers with Veeva submissions.
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for marketing events, including HCP registration, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of events, conferences, and other activities in our master calendar.
  • Ensure timely archiving of campaign materials, documents, and gimmicks.
  • Oversee inventory management of marketing materials, including compilation, dispatch, and disposal.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
