Job Summary

This Cross-Sell and Upsell Expert position requires a highly experienced professional to lead the Customer Marketing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to cross-sell and upsell all insurance offerings to customers.

You will have a unique opportunity to work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with various teams to drive results. A strong leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop a team will thrive in this role.

We are looking for a seasoned expert with ~10 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, particularly in product development and customer campaigns.

  • Develop strategies to drive repeat customer purchase, cross-sell, and upsell by analyzing our existing customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with agency distribution workforce and other distribution channels to understand their needs and adjust efforts accordingly.
  • Implement a structured approach to work management, setting up processes for the team to effectively manage their work and achieve ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with good stakeholder management capability.
  • Analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
