We are seeking an experienced Category Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Vehicle product portfolio, you will be responsible for managing all Japanese truck range products for CV in ASEAN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional category and product lines strategy deliverables, growth and profitability improvements activities to achieve regional targets.
  • Accountable for delivering output of E2E Product Range Development (GDPEP) and Lifecycle Management activities as per OP and SP, for OES and IAM including channel shift for OE Series conversions, initiating all-makes re-engineering, and defining product specification in line with market and customer specificities in cooperation with Engineering.
  • Represents Aftermarket Swimlane within Serial GDPEP during Application Phase; timely eBOM compilation and product industrialization including OES range definition based on Customer application.
  • Drives product line sales in the region, represents category expertise towards customer base, underwriting the ZF category offering, identifies regional customer needs, and derives corresponding opportunities to improve SoW.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience of J-range products development experience, in OEM, OES or IAM, have extensive product, engineering, and go-to-market knowledge and insight of the J-range competition landscape, incl. product specification.
  • Experience in product management, specification & development processes.
  • Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes.
  • Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets.
  • Negotiating, influencing, and relationship management skills.
