We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to provide support to management in various aspects of human resources.

Job Description:
  1. Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Assist in recruitment and selection interviews, prepare emails and attend arrangement reviews.
  3. Monitor staff attendance, leave records and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality.
  4. Liaise with the HR Manager on employee movement, new hiring, resignation, unpaid leave and staff exit.
  5. Ensure payroll journals are posted promptly for accounts.
  6. Responsible for the monthly payroll process, including increment, allowance and OT calculation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll.
  • Proficiency in HR 2000 Quickpay software.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
