We are seeking an experienced Claims Services Manager to join our team at Allianz General Insurance Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Motor Own Damage Claims unit and ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions. This role involves managing and supervising the Motor Own Damage Claims unit, reviewing claims services processes, and analyzing performance metrics.

The Claims Services Manager will also supervise a team of claims professionals and provide guidance and support to help them meet their goals. Additionally, this role requires the ability to attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss claims dispute resolution and prepare reports on service provider standards and internal monitoring of turn-around times and claims ratios.
