Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking customers; proficiency in other dialects is a plus.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a rotating shift schedule, which includes day and night shifts.
