Role Description

The Brand Account Manager will be responsible for managing our brand clients from the Malaysian market. This includes developing and implementing campaign strategies, monitoring and analyzing campaign results, and providing recommendations for growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement campaign strategies for our brand clients
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement
  3. Provide regular reporting and insights to clients
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  5. Manage new clients from China

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Malay, English, and Chinese languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
