Corporate Banking Relationship Professional

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our banking services department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on corporate banking products and services.
About the Role- Market and manage key client relationships on a consultative approach by understanding their business and financing requirements.
- Actively identify & develop new business opportunities with existing & potential clients, ensuring customer's needs are met while maintaining Division's profitability.
- Cross-sell products and services to increase client's share of wallet by developing an account plan in consultation with the relevant product specialties.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic value-added solutions to our clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Market banking services and facilities to new and existing clients.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, solicitors, and other relevant third parties to procure pertinent information in the process of credit appraisal.
- Direct and monitor the proper maintenance of information on his loan portfolio; ensure credit files and documentation are complete and up-to-date; report exceptions to supervisor for attention/approval.
- Keep abreast and take cognizance of new developments in the market plan including new products; competition actions and relevant regulations affecting the Bank's credit operations.
- Work closely with Product Partners i.e. Trade, Cash Management, GTM, Corporate Finance, DCM on closing deals & solutions to further expand the ancillary income for our team.
- Perform compulsory KYC/AMLA/ESG checks and other compliance checks on a periodic basis on our clients in the portfolio.
- Achieve the agreed budget/target in total revenue, fee income, PBT, ROE.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferable in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration.
- More than 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking.
- Sound business management experience skills with expertise knowledge of business, its key drivers, and industry trends.
- Sound and solid knowledge in financial, corporate, commercial, and investment banking products and services.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
