Job Summary

This role focuses on driving sales growth in the Corporate and SME market through Enterprise Business (EB) Partner channels.

Key duties include achieving sales targets, expanding partnerships, and aligning with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to achieve sales goals and excellent hunting skills to develop new business opportunities.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly sales targets and EB partner recruitment goals
  2. Conduct regular partner visits and sales activities to ensure productivity and progress
  3. Provide timely updates to superiors on sales progress and activity status
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor movements
  5. Recruit and train new EB partners in assigned territories
  6. Ensure good knowledge of products and sales processes are clearly communicated to EB partners
  7. Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs
  8. Assist with sales administration tasks as directed

About You

  1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5-8 years of sales experience
  2. Strong drive to achieve sales goals and excellent hunting skills to develop new business opportunities
  3. Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Team player with good interpersonal skills and effective communication
  5. Strong sales presentation abilities and clear message delivery
  6. Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
