  3. Demonstrate expertise in multiple phases and processes of the full Plexus manufacturing process and product requirements and specifications.
  4. Work independently to achieve project goals and objectives, with minimal direction from mentors or functional management.
  5. Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required; a degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
  2. Minimum three years of related experience is required.
  3. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job responsibilities may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Intermediate computer skills.
  2. Intermediate decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  3. Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills; statistical process control software skills.
  5. Proactive and basic cross-discipline development knowledge.
  6. Understanding of structured design.
  7. Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
  8. Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.
