Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for analysing product specifications, developing new production processes, and implementing changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in engineering and process development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You'll also need to have experience in analysis of manufacturing data, knowledge in Six Sigma DMAIC, and knowledge in developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
