At Spotware Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Malaysia. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads to drive growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers through initial phone calls or email contact to assess their interest in our product or service.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers to promote our offering and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Managing existing accounts to maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to reach new audiences.
  • Representing Spotware Systems at industry events and expos to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and trading platforms to effectively manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Fluency in English, Vietnamese, Chinese languages to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across multiple regions.
