About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong background in project management and business development to take on a challenging role that involves managing various aspects of project compliance, regional operations, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of practical experience in general operations, project management, and business development, and will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project compliance documentation, including assisting Project Directors, Project Managers, and Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
  • Support PMs and OMs in corporate and administrative aspects of regional management.
  • Assist in setting up new projects in consultation with Regional Director and Regional Managers.
  • Ensure proficiency with company's financial systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Review and prepare all contracts with staff working for local and regional projects.
  • Support other Project Managers in preparation of sub consultancy and joint-venture agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of practical experience in general operations, project management, and business development.
  • Experience in multinational engineering industry is an advantage.
  • High level communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to write effectively in English to furnish reports and prepare business development materials.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
