Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and executing trade strategies in the Northern Region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our merchandisers to identify opportunities, implement sales strategies, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with merchandisers to capitalize on sales opportunities, drive KPI achievement, and ensure daily workload meets monthly targets.
  2. Operational Excellence: Implement fundamental practices such as healthy stock weight and 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People), execute trade strategies aligned with national plans.
  3. Team Support & Development: Assist team members in improving home shelf displays, provide guidance and conduct regular reviews, foster a strong collaborative team environment.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, explore potential outlets for activations or fairs, increase market presence.
Requirements
  1. More than 2 years of sales experience in Modern Trade channel.
  2. Strong communication, analytical, planning, and people management skills.
  3. Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local Chinese dialect.
  4. Mobile and willing to travel within central region.
