  • Drive route-to-market sales strategies and manage key accounts/distribution for Polyols.
  • Integrate marketing strategies with CS and production planning for Polyols.
  • Optimize the Polyols value chain cost and implement pricing strategies.
  • Manage Polyols business performance, review sales reports, and meet operational goals.
  • Support Polyols marketing, product development, and new product launches.
  • Manage Polyols supply planning, customer allocations, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement customer management plans and CRM programs.
  • Lead new business development and conduct regular exchanges with customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure sales deals for Polyols.
  • Formulate annual sales plans, build strategic alliances, and manage customer data.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager, APAC should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the Material Science manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to converse in Mandarin professionally to cater to Greater China customers.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends, and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to frequently travel domestically and overseas for business purposes.
