**The Role**

We are looking for an accomplished sales leader to join our team as a Sales Director for the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the APAC market, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and strengthen partnerships across the region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the APAC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
