Regional Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Regional Business Growth Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur-based team at Boost.
Job Description:- Lead sales efforts to drive business growth in assigned regions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Conduct research to stay informed about market developments and competitor activity.
- Present products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their value proposition.
- Attend industry events to build relationships with customers and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Provide training to enhance sales performance and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Use KPIs to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor local competition within assigned regions to stay ahead of the market.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local environment of assigned territory is an advantage.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and utilize performance KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Location: This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
