Job Description

  • As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Southeast Asian market through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote the company's precision components and manufacturing solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to offer customized solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales, preferably in precision components, machining, or contract manufacturing.
  • Strong network and relationships in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
