Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Documentation Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing design documentation and tests, technical manuals, quality system documents, and other administrative documents. You will also ensure that up-to-date documentation is approved and plans are distributed to the appropriate internal team, subcontractors, and clients.
Your duties will include preparing plans, translating necessary documentation, and managing allocated resources. You will also contribute to optimizing work processes by verifying compliance with project milestones.
Qualifications and Requirements- Min GCE 'O' Level with credits in English
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in office, documentation, and control
- Knowledge of procedures used in production process, practices, and concepts in electrical engineering
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and PDF Writer
- Fluent in spoken and written English
