Pintas Trading Sdn Bhd is a trading company based in Juru, Penang, specializing in waterproofing services and a wide range of construction materials.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for an Indoor Sales position, who will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our customer base through various channels, including phone, email, website, Facebook, and walk-in.
You will also prepare and present sales quotations and proposals, follow up on leads, convert them into sales, and achieve sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients are key aspects of this role.
You will also manage and follow up on payment collections from assigned customers, process sales orders and generate invoices, coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain organized records of sales orders, deliveries, and inventory.
