Job Description
  • This role involves manning the Information Counter at IPC Shopping Centre, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing information on activities happening in the centre.
  • You will be responsible for managing and monitoring common facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • A key aspect of this job is to manage and monitor Family Friendly Services, including maintaining the hygiene of shared equipment such as power scooters, wheelchairs, and baby strollers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To address customer complaints and ensure prompt feedback.
  • Manage the redemption of Gift with Purchase (GWP), birthday gifts, e-vouchers, rewards, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct daily stock and inventory checks of all premiums and report to the marketing department.
  • Familiarize with and support day-to-day operations and administration of loyalty programs through the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Suitable candidates should have a minimum of SPM and above.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience in customer relations, telemarketing, or front desk roles is preferred.
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
