About This Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will partner with Local and Regional TA Leads, Functional TA PICs to build recruitment plans, manage end-to-end recruitment process and hiring reporting.
  • You will partner with collaborator teams, such as employer branding and recruitment marketing, Talent Sourcing team, to enable hiring strategy and plan to achieve functional hiring goals.
  • You will provide talent advisory to hiring managers and hiring teams, manage expectations and provide advisory and solutions to hiring team in different circumstances.
  • You will manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to guarantee a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • You will provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
  • You will plan and execute Employer's Branding plans including and not limited to Internship program and Recruitment Campus.

About You

  • 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
