Oil Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Director to lead our sales efforts in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the edible oil market.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management: Lead a capable commercial team to ensure business success and sustainability.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the packed palm oil products industry, preferably in international markets.
- Skill Set: Strong business sense, industry expertise, analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
