We are seeking a skilled and dedicated V Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Office team in providing world-class service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating front-desk staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and motivate front-desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  2. Lead by example and embody the company's values and mission
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 3 years as Front Office Supervisor/Guest Service Officer
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
