Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, strategic partnering capabilities, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers through effective customer relationships and joint business planning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customer relationships with major national trade players to ensure local Reckitt business objectives are achieved.
  • Achieve and exceed key sales measures and targets for national accounts, including NR, COP, NWC, and trade spend.
  • Partner with brand and trade marketing teams to develop and implement customer category strategy and best-in-class 4P execution.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Managers to drive category/trade business plans and work with field sales teams to manage customers as key stakeholders.
  • Develop promotional strategies in customers and execute promotions, including trade budget management, range, and space optimization.
  • Negotiate with customers on Reckitt's commercial strategy and trading terms.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements in category management.
