The Head of Employee Attraction and Engagement will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an employee attraction and engagement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee attraction and engagement strategy that drives best practices in recruitment and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to craft career pathways, succession planning, and bench strength building strategies.
  • Buid relationships with senior leaders and other critical stakeholders to provide talent insights and fulfill current talent needs.
  • Consult with hiring managers to determine expectations and requirements for current and future open positions.
  • Manage external and internal recruitment activities, including job briefing, screening CVs/applications, conducting telephone interviews, and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience in talent acquisition.
  • Well-versed in Behavioral Interviewing skills and familiar with Psychometric Assessment tools.

This is a senior-level position that reports directly to the Head of HR.
