We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at LiveIn Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales team to excel in their roles, developing and implementing sales enablement tools and resources that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain internal-facing sales enablement tools, including playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources, tailored to address unique needs of the subprime auto finance industry, enhancing Sales team performance and productivity.
2. Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand specific plays required to achieve business objectives, providing the Sales team with necessary resources and guidance for successful play execution, driving business results and growth.
3. Gather feedback from Sales representatives and work with cross-functional teams to analyze play effectiveness, refining and enhancing play materials for continuous improvement, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
4. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate Sales team members on effective use of sales enablement tools and play materials, enhancing their skills and knowledge, and driving business performance.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity, collaborating with Sales Operations and Sales leadership, driving business innovation and competitiveness.
6. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and play materials, providing regular reports and insights to Sales and Operations leadership, enabling data-driven decision making and driving business growth.
7. Maintain a centralized repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring easy access for Sales team members and facilitating seamless updates and version control, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and driving business success.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of our Sales team, and driving business innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements
1. Proven experience (2 years or more) in sales or sales operations enablement, preferably in related industries, showcasing expertise in developing and implementing sales enablement tools and resources, and driving business growth and success.
2. Strong networking and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals, fostering strong relationships and partnerships, and driving business results and growth.
3. Must be adaptable and able to deal with ever-changing conditions and a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a rapidly evolving business landscape, and driving business innovation and competitiveness.
4. Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and methodologies, with experience in building sales metrics and models, such as pipeline and forecast models, driving business growth and success, and making informed decisions.
5. Excellent organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail, particularly in event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of sales enablement initiatives and programs, and driving business performance.
6. Strategic thinker, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies, driving business innovation and competitiveness, and making informed decisions.
7. Self-motivated individual with proactive approach to problem-solving and results-oriented mindset, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding performance expectations, and driving business growth and success.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications or qualifications are a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development and growth, and driving business success.
