Key Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the construction team and implementing policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant.
  • Planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling project operations.
  • Coordinating and monitoring sub-contractor's activities at project sites.
  • Maintaining good house-keeping and implementing ESH practices.
  • Ensuring that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
  • Reviewing and monitoring site works productivity and arranging for resources as required.
  • Ensuring that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
  • Reporting project progress to Top Management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Higher in related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years working experience in Construction industry (Building).
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Mature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
